FIRST CITIZENS BANK NORTH BULLITT

Shepherdsville, Kentucky

JRA Architects renovated an existing single-story banking facility to give it a fresh, updated look and increase productive space. The facility includes multiple spaces including a lobby, conference room, offices for new accounts and loan officers, storage, and updates to the existing vault. The canopy entrance—a steel structure with brick facing—opens up the space and makes it refreshing and inviting.

The existing roof, walls, and windows were enhanced with high-quality architectural shingles, brick, and insulation in order to increase the structural and aesthetic quality of the building. On the exterior of the structure, there is also a drive through large enough to accommodate two cars as well as a lane for the ATM. The on-site improvements made included new landscaping, grading, and minor resurfacing of the parking lot to improve the overall customer experience.
