FIRST FEDERAL BANK LEESTOWN ROAD

Lexington, Kentucky

The Leestown Branch of First Federal Bank required the construction of a new single-story bank facility, as well as parking and other site work. The facility’s new spaces included areas for the lobby/ customer service, conference room, offices, storage spaces, restrooms, and mechanical room. The exterior walls—a combination of face brick and stone trim—create a beautiful, welcoming exterior for the steel framed structure. Finishes including vinyl composition and ceramic tile, carpeting, suspended acoustic panel ceilings and plastic laminate casework were used to create the most visually appealing and comfortable environment. Outside the main structure of the facility is the drive through, which is designed for two cars and one ATM lane. In addition to the design and construction work that took place on the banking facility, there was also site work including the addition of walks, curbs, a parking area, storm water lines, and landscape work to complement the building structure and provide the utmost in customer convenience.
