UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

Lexington, Kentucky

JRA was asked to help UKFCU with its newest branch that would serve its members in Southeast Lexington. The full-service branch is located on corner of Tates Creek and Wilson Downing. The building is based off of the Beaumont Branch with minor changes in floor plan and finishes in order to keep with their current brand. The building is a one story structure with cold-formed metal studs, steel frame wood trusses and a metal roof. The exterior walls are made up of a combination of pre-manufactured stone, limestone, brick and EIFS. The bank has large circular lobby space and teller line, 6 offices, conference room, break room and a 3 lane drive-thru with ATM. The building shares a parking lot with the neighboring Starbucks.
