Like Money In The Bank

First Citizens Bank North Bullit

First Citizens Bank North Bullit

Customer experience is critical to any retail space, and that tenet rings just as true for the banking business. As First Citizens Bank began to expand its footprint in Central Kentucky, JRA Architects was selected to help bring that welcoming experience to the bank’s new branches including a renovation in North Bullitt County.

This renovated branch includes a new lobby, conference room, offices for new accounts and loan officers, storage, and updates to the existing vault. A new canopy entrance—a steel structure with brick facing—opens up the space making it more welcoming to customers. The existing roof, walls, and windows were enhanced with high-quality architectural shingles, brick, and insulation in order to increase the structural and aesthetic quality of the building. We updated the drive-through lane making it large enough to accommodate two vehicles to increase the productivity of the branch and improve guest experience. On-site improvements also included new landscaping, grading, and minor resurfacing of the parking lot to improve the overall appearance of the branch.

JRA has deep experience in working with financial services companies throughout our proud history and remains honored to play a role in creating great customer experiences in many of First Citizens Bank’s locations.
