Mr. Nett is a licensed architect, an Associate with the firm, and a member of the American Institute of Architects, Central Kentucky Chapter. Throughout his 17 years with the firm, he has been the Design Architect and the Project Manager of a large variety of healthcare projects. Mr. Nett is fully committed to client goals, understands the importance of budgets, and aspires to make every project professional, functional and inspirational. Meeting these goals has resulted in healthcare projects that provide attractive healing environments for patients, resulting in increased patient populations at facilities he has designed.
As the Project Manager for a large number of the firm’s healthcare projects the past 7 years, Mr. Nett has held leadership roles in planning, code research, estimating, designing, and construction administration. Mr. Nett strives to remain a valuable resource to his clients by remaining abreast of current healthcare trends through his recent participation in the 2011 Pebble Project Colloquium, and in the ‘Kentucky Healthcare Design & Construction Check-up’ program. Such efforts have allowed Mr. Nett to be recognized multiple times as a Business First Health Care Partner; an honor that denotes his commitment to the Health Care industry.
